Each of my baskets are hand woven over a form using strips of white or brown clay extruded to the same size. The hand weaving is time consuming, but gives each basket it own look. After the first firing, each is then hand painted glazed and fired a second time. You can choose between a wide strip or a narrow strip, the color of the glaze and the color of clay to make the perfect custom small basket.
I recommend hand washing for all my baskets.
